A little about me
I’ve been working with computer technology my entire life. Since my early childhood computing has been a passion of mine, which served to steer me into technology as a career path.
I joined FireHost in January 2013, bringing with 15 years of experience from the University of Texas at Dallas as a UNIX System Administrator primarily working with Solaris, as well as a rich background in SAN and NAS storage systems, VMware system architecture, high performance computing (HPC), desktop virtualization (VDI), vender management, software and license administration, and backup system architecture. In my work, I bring a meticulous attention to detail that is much needed in the rough and tumble of hosting support.
My mission at FireHost is to maximize awesomeness where-ever possible. I am more concerned that all of my team members are able to contribute to their maximum ability than with drawing attention to myself. If you have any questions or want to talk further, I’m available and a good listening ear.
In 2008, I married Tiffany Keen in Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas. We have two children, Matthew and Sophia Elizabeth.
